And, unlike many lawsuit funding companies, Trial Ventures does not engage in portfolio financing, which can cripple a law firm’s cash flow. Instead, we fund each claim on a non-recourse basis, which ensures that if a claim is lost the client has no obligation to repay Trial Ventures and the law firm’s unrelated matters are unencumbered by the adverse outcome.
