Who We Are

Curtis Holdsworth began his career at the preeminent full service law firm of Greenberg Glusker, where he handled a variety of complex business, employment, and real-estate disputes for private and public companies. In 2010, Mr. Holdsworth joined Lerman & Pointer LLP, a boutique employment and business litigation firm comprised of several former Greenberg Glusker attorneys. Curtis has prosecuted and defended cases involving unfair business practices, fraud, breach of contract, alter-ego claims, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith claims on behalf of a variety of Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Holdsworth is co-founder of CaseAdvance, the most prominent consumer lawsuit funding company in California. Under his direction as CEO/Portfolio director, his company has successfully financed thousands of cases pending in various jurisdictions throughout the United States.

Mr. Holdsworth is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. Curtis obtained his B.A. from UCLA and his J.D. from the University of Southern California.
